1. Turn on the projector using the remote

1. Sign into the boardroom laptop NOTE: Username is first.last

1. Search for EasyMP Network Projection

1. Click Advanced Connection Mode then OK

1. Click the X icon on searching

1. Click the checkbox next to the projector then Connect

Camera should power on when connected to the laptop and selected in Teams
