Front Desk TV's are on a timer schedule and have .png and .mp4 file on a USB drive connected to the TV behind the wall they are mounted on. The files are saved in the IT Folder :H\IT\FrontDes
To get to the schedule click the home button on the TV pointed closely to the bottom right of the TV
Select the schedule settings from the General list.
Select the file and verify the Play button shows up.
Check the TV date and time additionally
