1. From the search bar on the bottom of your computer screen search for "Printers"
2. Click the + icon next to Add a printer or scanner
3. A list of available printers will appear click Add device printer you wish to install. The model number is displayed on the physical printer if you are unsure of which printer you should select.

4. Click on the printer and select Manage
5. Select Printer properties
6. Click the Ports tab and verify the TCP/IP port with the printers IP address is selected (IP address is displayed on the printer screen)
7. Click the Advanced tab and verify the best driver is selected (will have the name of the printer and model number) and click apply
8. Verify network setting are set to Private (Note: Network configurations needs to be set to private for communication with other devices on the network)

9. Set printer as default and print a test page.
10. To set defaults select Printer preferences
11. Select your printing preferences then click Apply.
