Issue: QuickBooks shortcut is missing

Solution: Copy the QuickBooks shortcut from :H Drive

1. Open File Explorer and click on the :H Drive, then select the Scans folder

2. Copy the QuickBooks shortcut and paste it on your desktop or drag and drop.

Copy the QuickBooks.ico icon file to your documents folder on your computer.

3. Right click the QuickBooks shortcut and select Properties.

4. Select Change Icon

5. Select browse and add the file path or location for the icon. Click Okay.

6. The icon should now appear on your desktop for QuickBooks
